Cream of parsnip cream for dull skin

This preparation is easy to make with seasonal products. It is a good soup with a texture as soft as a cloud. This winter soup contains parsnips, leeks, and quinoa flakes.
Parsnip is a root vegetable, which contains a lot of zinc. This mineral is necessary for the skin repair. In addition, its beige colour comes from a flavonoid, called apigenin, which is a powerful antioxidant. It would boost the immune system. Like our Chaga, it has extraordinary virtues. Tired skin : Get out!
The leek, star of fondues and crumbles, is a vegetable that favours the elimination of toxins. It contains sulphur components, which help the liver to detoxify. It hides another antioxidant called allicin, which has major antimicrobial properties. Problem skin: Stay quiet!
In addition to its gluten-free nature, quinoa is rich in vitamin E, friend of the fight agasinst free radicals. It also contains lysine and saponin, an amino acid and a carbohydrate involved in the formation of collagen. Direct action on skin integrity, repair, sensitivity and acne: Be Bl[æ]ssed!

Recipe for 4, please!
- 1 big parsnip
- 2 medium-sized leeks
- 80 g quinoa flakes (or oat flakes working on skin ceramides)
- 20 cl of soya cream
- 5 cl olive oil
- Crushed roasted hazelnuts
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, chives…
#1 : In a large saucepan, brown the sliced leeks for one minute in olive oil. Then add the peeled parsnip and cut into cubes. Sweat it all for a second.
#2 : Pour in the quinoa flakes. Cover with water at height. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add water as you cook. In the meantime, why don't you make yourself a little mask?
#3 : To obtain a foamy and airy soup, pour the olive oil and soya cream first into your blender. Then mix the vegetables and cooking water in small amounts as you go along. Salt and pepper. Mix it all one last time for at least 30 seconds.
#4 : Serve with crushed roasted hazelnuts, turmeric and aromatic herbs.
